I had recommended Robert S. Kramer to a widowed lady friend of my wife and I. The issue involved a marital trust, an antenuptual agreement, a remainder beneficiary and a very conservative trustee. Attorney Kramer successfully negotiated a favorable settlement agreement which will enable our friend to go forwad with financial security as well as peace of mind.

I have worked with Rob on multiple files over a number of years and always had great results. Rob takes a very practical, hands on approach to the situation and works in consort with the bank to arrive at a strategy that achieves the business object and at the same time is efficient and effective from a legal perspective.
Rob is very straight forward in his style and prides himself on open communication as outstanding customer service - he delivers on both.
The only reason I did not rate him an excellent on knowledge is due to his desire not to be involved in consumer debt situations which I respect - he always provides a solid referal to an associate that specializes in that area.
I highly recommend Rob's services to any bank looking for great legal support.
