Johnathan and his staff recently provided thier expertise for a real estate buy and sell. Johnathan and his staff were very organized and timely keeping up with all critical dates and junctures of both deals. His estimated closing statements were very accurate and were sent with explations of a few... irregular items and where to find negotiated credits on the estimated closing statements. Johnathan really showed his in depth expertise in the field when thier was a big miss on the sellers side early on the closing day that involved the deal needing to be insured for a day by the title company that allowed me to take possession that day.
