Replied last February 08, 2022As an "anonymous" comment, it's difficult to be certain who posted this and provide a proper response. It has been and forever will be my practice to be fair and reasonable with every every person I encounter. I take full responsibility when I make an error and always hold myself to the highest of ethical and legal standards. However, there will be some transactions where no matter what I do, what I say, or how I act, I cannot satisfy the requests or demands of a client. From what I can determine based upon the timing of this review and the lack of willingness to stand behind giving a bad review by remaining anonymous, this was one of those cases.
