Mollie Spackman Dahlin

Previously, Dahlin was a criminal prosecutor at both the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office and the law firm of Zukowski, Rogers, Flood & McArdle. She has prosecuted everything from general misdemeanor and traffic offenses, Drug Court, Mental Health Court, juvenile delinquency and abuse and neglect. Dahlin is used to handling large volumes of cases, including criminal jury trials, bench trials, contested hearings and summary suspension hearings. Her experience as a prosecutor has given her the courtroom experience to try domestic battery offenses, battery, theft, retail theft, electronic harassment, criminal sexual abuse, trespassing, disorderly conduct, DUI, driving offenses and much more. 

After graduating from Northern Illinois University College of Law, she has actively participated in the mentor program, helping first-year students navigate law school.

She is a member of the McHenry County Bar Association. She was also a member of the executive board of the Child Advocacy Center for McHenry County for the last five years.
