I have been serving the business needs of both businesses and individuals in the greater Chicagoland area for over 30 years. The firm’s goal is and has always been to not only resolve legal matters, but also to look at how my clients can increase their income and profits while lowering costs. Basic to this idea is my work with clients to put procedures and documents in place early to avoid problems and litigation later. I also work with immigration attorneys to provide a broad spectrum of services to clients desiring to move to the United States under various business related visas. I understand the workings of the immigration laws so that I can devote my skills to establishing the business while the immigration attorney prepares documents necessary for filing. When not practicing law, I can be found playing baseball (hardball), enjoying watching my children, who are all professional actors and entertainers or playing with my grand daughter. My most important professional goal is to establish a long term relationship with my clients, always looking for the best way to advance their legal and business interests and economic needs.
