I hired David for a DUI that I received in September of 2017. This was a second DUI. Unlike the first DUI that I received court supervision for in 1990, I was not driving my car. I was transported to a local hospital and later determined to have an almost fatal BAC. David did everything he could to... present the facts, rebut the prosecution evidence presented and fight for my protection. The case continued for 1 1/2 years. Ultimately, David negotiated my case with the prosecution and was able to get the DUI amended to a reckless driving conviction.
