Don't make the same mistake that I did!!!!!!!

I am a 62-year-old business owner that has worked with attorneys in 4 different states. Attorney Capilla is the most unprofessional attorney that I have ever worked with. Beside the lack of response, he drafted an order and assured me that it would not affect my business and that is far from the tr...uth!! He cost me 50% of my business and I have a complaint with the bar in State of Wisconsin and Illinois. I am in the process of filing a civil suit against his firm. BEWARE THEY ARE UNPROFFESSIONAL AND WILL COST YOU MONEY AND BUSINESS!! IN MY OPINION THE WORST ATTORNIES THAT YOU CAN DEAL WITH!!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
