Do not hire Robert Feldman

Robert Feldman is the most inept lawyer possible. He did not even listen or get my side of the incident before talking to the Prosecution and accepted all of their demands without consulting me or letting me know what their report of the incident was. The incident report was inaccurate and I was nev...er given the chance to give my side of the incident and see it before Robert Feldman agreed with all the Prosecution demands. He just came back to me after talking to the Prosecution and said "this is the deal." Basically saying "take it" without any knowledge by me what they were saying in the incident report. I had to find out what was in the report when the Prosecution read it to the judge AFTER the agreed Plea Deal. They also brought up an arrest from 9 years ago. I was never given any chance to tell my side of the incident or comment on the arrest. Robert Feldman never warned me or showed me the incident report and just stood there silent the whole time never instructing his client or given me my right to a fair hearing of the incident report against me. He should of done his job and asked me if I wanted to say anything or if the report was correct and asked for a short break since I was blindsided and given me a chance to respond. I was caught off guard and they then went ahead with the decision and never asked Robert Feldman or myself if I had anything to say. Here is my story of the incident: I'm driving down the road at the speed limit of 40mph when I see a car ahead of me waiting to make a right turn. All of a sudden they pull in front of me, so I take my foot off the gas pedal and coast. I'm getting closer and ready to use my break to slow down. All of a sudden the car slams on it's breaks to a complete stop from 40mpg to zero. There was no reason at all for that since no one else was on the road and the only reason was to cause me to hit them. I was shocked since I have never seen or heard of this before except someone doing it on purpose to collect insurance money. After stopping I pulled around to the left lane of the two lane road to see who this person was. The first thing I see is thing large blond woman given me the finger like it was my fault. I was not even that close to her since she was pulling ahead of me when I got closer to her. I could not believe this reaction so I pulled ahead to the right and got out of my car and said "what are you doing? Why did you do that?" She kept saying loudly "what are you going to do about it, what are you going to do about it?" I was in shock and I admit I took her sunglasses off her face and then gently tossed it underhand back at her. That is the Battery charge and nothing else. I never got the chance to dispute her false claims in the incident report and tell the entire story. According to the incident report it was stated that I chased her down cut her off for no reason and swore at her and threw her sunglasses at her. This makes me look like a crazy driver who went after someone for no reason. I was pleading guilty for taking the sunglasses off her face but was never able to read her incident report before Robert Feldman went to talk to the Prosecution and her. Why was I not informed in the conversation beforehand or right after? What is the point of having a lawyer. This is his ONLY job. He failed miserably and something minor turned into a major cause. I got Anger Management classes, One year probation, I had to call them if I left the state for one year, like I was a major criminal, I had to see the Probation Officer for one year every other month or so and pay anywhere from $240-$600 to them. Anger Management classes cost $600. Oh yes, and I got a conviction on my record on top of that for Battery. Now, what exactly did Robert Feldman do for me except royally screw me over and collect his lawyer fee for being a pathetic human being and a embarrassment to his profession?
