Jeffrey Scott Kulinsky

Mr Kulinsky, was my lawyer he first helped me and my husband do our wills as we were retiring to Orlando FL, but sill had children in Illinois. When my Uncle died this year I was lost, the person who had power of attorney had already quit and with the help from Jeffrey helped us give my son who is 4...6 years old the new power of attorney and me co executor with my son. Before my Uncle died the old power of attorney has started to work with another lawyer for a new Will and when I tried to work with them found they were in possible, Then I remembered I had already had a great lawyer in the area and that was Jeffrey, So I contacted him and he immediately said he would help me, One of the major problems was I had already moved to Orlando but Jeffrey assured me that would not be a problem as my son now had power of attorney for my Uncle that he could pay his bills and we could call each other or fax and text each if any thing was needed to be done immediately, Well my Uncle met with Jeffrey and like him so we proceeded to get the paperwork going on a New Will done because my Uncles Will was almost 40 years old if not older and all of the beneficiaries had passed away except for me and my two sisters. And my Uncle wanted to add my two children in his will because they were the only ones who had helped him in the pass years they would stop and see him. . My Uncle hardly knew my sisters children and I told my Uncle that it would causes problems between me and my sisters. But he wanted them in the will. I told Jeffrey about the new request for my Uncles will and was told my Uncle had to personally tell him and he did and assure me that everything would work out per my Uncles request,. The will was ready with the new changes. But then my Uncles health started to deteriorate from a fall he had a couple months earlier at a restaurant and when down hill very fast, He was a diabetic , had no legs and had two prosthetic legs and got around on a scooter he died before he could sign the new will. I was a mess I had just gone thru this two years before being executor of my mothers estate. When my Uncle passed I told Jeffrey and assured me everything would be alright even tho the new Will had not ben signed,. He handled everything with my sisters in letters and there were not any problems. Mr Kulinsky (Jeffrey) took a lot of my stress from me and everything went smoother than when my Mother passed , we had a lawyer from Waukegan, That took us almost 2 years to finalize. If I had a question or a problem during the process of my Uncles estate I called or emailed him and his response was either the same day or next day. I would highly recommend him for he is a excellent lawyer he is also a people person which is a must in this world !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
