Stay clear, as others reviewed Marshall will just drag your case with endless motions that go no where. He is disrespected by the Court, Judges and colleagues. He will take all your money and accomplish nothing. Talks a big game with no results! Never prepared for court and stumbles his way throu...gh arguments, as if he gave no consideration or planning prior to appearing. Waits to a day or two before court to prepare and has you scrambling to do most of the leg work while collecting big checks. Does not have a end plan and just wants continuances and senseless motions to be able to collect more money. You will feel like you are his bank. Stay clear, you have been warned.

Marshal Morris is not only an exceptional lawyer who has helped write and shaped good divorce law over his history, but is an exceptional and honorable man. At a most uncomfortable, stressful and difficult time in my life, Marshal Morris lent sanity, focus, patience, and a solid clear conversation a...bout the law and legal processes concerning divorce and the many human and property issues that involves. I strongly recommend him as a great choice for a divorce lawyer and I fully disagree with the non-sense posting I have just seen today regarding any question of integrity about Marshal.

I used this lawyer for the same reason, a divorce case. Report him to the ARDC and the Better Business Bereau. Also, call the state's attorney as well. The more people that report him, the better. If enough people complain there can be a lawsuit brought against him. Report him to the Cook county... state's office.

If you have time to waste in court and you have very deep pockets then this is the lawyer for you. However if you want to hire a lawyer to get the job done then your better off looking in the yellow pages because the odds will be greater you will find a better attorney. I had needed some legal work... regarding my ex-wife and some complications that had to do with my children. Marshall Morris had bragged to me how well the lawyers knew him and how well he was respected. That was not even close to the truth. After thousands of dollars and alot of court appearances, nothing good managed to get done, in fact Im more in a legal mess that I was ever before. ALL I can say is stay away and do not waste your hard earned money. UNETHICAL BEYOND BELIEF.
