1. Stole $20,000 2. Failed to appear at nearly all court hearings. Instead, he has his son Robert Junior come in and fail repeatedly. I see why Robert Junior took several tries to pass the BAR exam. He's an idiot. 3. Took in excess of 12 months just to file a single motion to reduce my unconstitu...tional $1,000,000 bail on a 1st time non violent felony offense. That motion had zero legal arguments. No mention of the 8th Amendment, Illinois State Constitution, State Statutes, or Prevailing case law. In essence, my bail hearing was a sham. A first year law student would have received a "F" if they submitted such a motion or brief on behalf of a "client". 4. Failed to disclose conflicts of interest. 5. Refused and never filed a single motion to modify child support despite numerous and clear, significant changes of circumstances. 6. Refused to file any motions for me to speak with or see my children despite years of being kept apart. 7. Refused to file any contempt motions against my ex, Julia Patton who has abused our children through years of psychological and emotional abuse. 8. They talk a big game but they're going to protect their paychecks before they fight for you. 9. If they can sell you up the river in exchange for more favorable outcomes in other cases, they will. 10. They should be barred from ever setting foot in a courtroom on behalf of any person.

If you are looking for REAL TRUTH in the legal system, Mr. Ritacca is the man for the job. He had my SOS revocation/suspension issues dropped in court. At first I was skeptical, as I am with any attorney, but if you are up front with him and not hide anything, he is "hard core to the bone" and WILL ...FIGHT FOR YOU!!! I came across Mr. Ritacca by way of a recommendation from a friend. He was very reasonable and flexible with fees/payments. He always kept me informed and up to speed with my Driving on Revoked charge, maybe that's because I paid him IN FULL BEFORE THE CASE WENT INTO COURT! Maybe those that claim he ...didn't communicate should have paid him then he wouldn't have any excuse not to keep you up to speed. I will be using his services again for getting my license reinstated
