I agree and repeat with what the other person who reviewed Jason Mercure said. WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! DO NOT< I REPEAT DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! Sells himself pretty well over the phone, takes your money and disappears, does not return phone calls/emails for months! When you ask for your re...tainer back he refuses to refund your retainer. Jason Mercure is the lawyer who gives lawyers a bad reputation.

When you ask for your retainer back he says your in an "ORAL" contract WTF! Then refuses to refund your ...retainer for leaving 1 voicemail! THIS GUY IS A P.O.S. Attorney

Hard hitting Crimanal defense lawyer

Jason represented me during a false order of protection and a false accusations. He was on top of it and was ready to go into court. He fought like hell and I was able to see my girls again. He answered his phone almost always or called me right back. He also answered every email. I highly recommend ...Jason and would definitely use him again.
