Mr. Roberts helped me in early 2000's. He won my case and it was dismissed because of his smart representation. He told me I was lucky the cop told the truth but either way he saved me a ton of time and money. It is because of him I am driving now. I was charged with a DUI and we did a bench trial. At our initial interview with Mr. Roberts, he assured us that our son would not be going to jail. (At the time we didn't know the difference between jail and prison.) We hired him and gave him $15,000 which was to include representation at trial if needed. Long story short, when Mr. Roberts began ...making excuses for why he was going to lose the case at trial we decided to find other representation. Mr. Roberts refused to refund any of the money we had given him.
