She should call her mortgage company right away...also if she is currant on her payments they could not foreclose.

The State has been garnishing my paychecks for the past 12 years. I've totaled each garnishment , and find I owe the $1,000.

I agree, you need to hire an attorney to have these garnishments stopped or reduced. You might be entitled to refunds.
