Barry H. Boches

Interviewed/hired Barry on Monday and he was in court 2 days later to represent me. His quality representation continued for months until the case facing me (Agg DUI and more, with potential jail time) was resolved in a way that should enable me to get an IL license again in the future. I took approximately $1800 from my employer. I informed my employer and had cash to return. My employer decided to press charges. I hired Mr. Boches. Initially he indicated he could probably get charges dropped. That didn't happen. During case proceedings Mr. Boche reassured me charges would be a dr...opped to misdemeanor. At next to last court appearance Mr. Boche approached me with a request to pay the remainder of my bill; I did. He can file court papers well, but work diligently to negotiate a lesser charge he gets an F grade from me! And I made the mistake of paying entire bill before conclusion of my case. Never do that. This was my only case, it happened 20+ years ago and today I live with a felony for (yes - my actions); however taking $1800 and then notifying employer with the cash should not be a felony & he did nothing to earn the $4000 I paid expect file paperwork I could have done myself!!!
