My wife and I hired Alan for a serious matter , an Order of protection case. First of he almost never answers his phone everything is through text. He gave us false information regarding our case and said that it was miscommunication. Then second time we literally caught him telling us one thing righ...t before court and made us look stupid in front of a judge when a whole different thing was happening. We ended up agreeing to something we did not even understand, just because he put us in that situation. We are forced to look for a new lawyer now , pay new legal services, but hopefully this time it will be someone who is worth it. I highly suggest to stay away from this attorney because only thing You will get from him is a run around , lies and a waste of Your time and money.

I had an ongoing battle with Cook County regarding a fence I put up that they said was too tall for code. He ran circles aroun...d the county and won my case for me. Turns out there was NO ACTUAL ORDINANCE ON THE HEIGHT OF FENCES and the county had been issuing tickets to people for god knows how long.
