Tomas was recommended to me from a Attorney friend. I was a pedestrian hit by a motor vehicle in the parking lot of children’s gaming place. Our first meeting with Tomas he agreed to meet us in the office closer to our house so we didn’t have to drive all the way to the city. He was extremely helpful... and took the time to answer all my questions. Once hired, he kept in constant contact with me regarding any case updates or what we were seating on for the case. Anytime he needed information from me he took the time to explain why it was needed. Once the insurance company sent an offer he advised me that the offer was extremely low and he believed could get more. As the case progressed we ended up having to go to a deposition. Tomas walked me through this process and helped me prepare. By the time the deposition rolled around I felt extremely confident and ready, all thanks to Tomas and the time he took to prepare with me. A court date was set but due to Covid was pushed back and then ultimately canceled by the courts. Tomas and his Paralegal Monica kept in contact with me through this time as well. Eventually Tomas was able to get the insurance company to make another offer which was significantly more than the original. Tomas advised he felt the settlement offer was good and advised that I take it. Once I signed the paperwork I had my check within a week. Tomas worked hard to keep the case cost low as well so my end of the settlement was higher. Tomas was a pleasure to work with and I will be recommending him to anyone I know looking for an attorney. If I am ever in need of an attorney for injury again, without a doubt I will hire Tomas.
