Michael helped me with past due FBARs. I dumped loads of statements on him, and he knew how to find the contact information for foreign accounts, and how make sense of the numbers. I was concerned about having to write a narrative to explain my delinquency. Michael gave me straightforward non-judgmen...tal questions to gather facts; and from my answers he put together an accurate well-written defense, supported by well thought-out legal precedences.
