Tom has over a decade of experience representing businesses, financial institutions, and private equity groups in complex litigation, contract disputes, loan workouts, commercial foreclosures, equipment repossessions and bankruptcy. Additionally, Tom advises clients on the purchase and sale of real estate and asset-based loan arrangements, deed-in-lieu agreements, deed-in-escrow arrangements, consent foreclosures and forbearance agreements. Tom also works closely with real estate developers, owners, landlords, management companies and tenants on a wide variety of real estate matters, including lease disputes, commercial tenant evictions and resolving title matters. Tom has tried numerous cases to verdict in state and federal court, and regularly handles contested bankruptcy hearings.
