Nicholas Carmen Giordano

I was referred to Mr.Giordano by a friend and I'm very thankful for him because the nature of my case would've surely ended me up in jail! Not only did Mr.Giordano not let that happen I also never lost my driving privileges,job or got a conviction and we're talking about a class 2 charge!! Would defi...nitely recommend him!!!

He had about four separate cases going at the same time in various court rooms. It became frustrating that every time the Judge called my case up he had wandered out of the room again. She started getting mad at me and made me go looking for him. He is kind of a scatter brain and misplaced my files i...n another room, only to have to leave again and piss the Judge off. He pretty much assured me that the cops didn't have a solid case on my DUI and told me that knowing the Judge I should beat the case. Well, about $3,500.00 later I not only lost the case, but my driver's license is suspended and my life is screwed. I literally only had a couple of drinks, no more than what most people have at a wedding. I had also received a charge of illegal transportation of alcohol. This screwball argued the fact that I was of age made it okay. The Judge threw the statute in his face in her decision stating that the law doesn't look at age. You simply cannot carry any unsealed alcoholic container in a car. He looked dumbfounded when he looked it up himself. I would have expected him to know this up front as a DUI lawyer. He had no trouble taking my money though and gave me the ole, "sometimes you just loose some even though you have a good case". I won't be using Giordano again.

I used him for a very difficult DUI and felony drug possession case that I was sure I was going to have to do time for. Not only did he get me probation...I never even lost my driving privileges! He is so knowledgeable and always kept me informed of what was going on. He is also very reasonable when ...it comes to pricing. I would recommend him to anyone.
