I work as a commercial litigation insurance defense attorney. I have taken and defended over 150 depositions. I have attended over a 100 court hearings and have drafted and argued dispositive motions. I am passionate about my work and take pride in working hard. 

I have a quick grasping capacity and effective interpretation and research skills. I have excellent skills in addressing complex and difficult legal and factual issues. I develop and implement litigation, discovery, settlement, and trial strategies. I prepare legal documents such as briefs, motions, memoranda, and discovery devices. I prepare cases for trial, including preparing trial briefs and motions, witness preparation, and trial binders.

I continually consult with clients on the facts of the litigation, and provided insight on how the facts best match the clients’ legal strategies. I also consulted with litigators providing insight into the legal issues and potential defenses, and best approaches to effectively utilize the discovery process.
