Daniel Joseph Podkowa

Mr. Podkowa was my bankruptcy lawyer and made the whole thing super easy, well planned and brief. He has excellent communication skills, as he breaks down everything into smaller steps and explains everything in detail. He is very patient, and answered many of my questions, while not wasting time on ...other things. He always answered my phone calls, and when he was not available they were returned quickly. He walked me through the meeting with the trustee and made it emotionally easy. I would strongly recommend him and trust what he says. He’s honest and straight forward and will tell you exactly what will happen and how. He’s very respectful, well organized and a very nice person.

This gentelman got us through very hard situation made by other "lawyer"- I would call him some other name but it's not worth it. Mr. Podkowa is very professional but what I liked most about him is his fairness. He will tell you right away if he can help you, not like some others in this profession t...hat will take any case just to make a buck and make it 1000 worse.
