Unfortunately, I do not know who this person is, though, it does seem to be an anomaly. I do take time with virtually all my clients to meet them and address their needs personally. This includes meeting clients in the evening and weekends. I stress to all of my clients to text or email me as the best way to communicate, and most of them do and are satisfied. In this instance, the writer is not making sense. If a bankruptcy was filed then likely one goes to 'court' (341 meeting with the trustee) only once, and I must be present . Also, all other court dates would be nullified because of the automatic stay in bankruptcy, so there would be no other court date. However, I am always willing to help and rectify items, even free of charge. My clients' satisfaction is always my ultimate goal. Thank you for reading.
