Alfred Stanley Dynia

I strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution—or avoid altogether—using Alfred S. Dynia, CPA, MST, JD, and Alfred S. Dynia & Associates, LLC. I paid in full for legal services more than one year ago and never received the completed legal documents I contracted and paid for. Despite repeat...ed follow-ups, requests, and attempts to resolve the matter professionally, my communications were consistently ignored. Early in the engagement, Mr. Dynia assembled paperwork that did not reflect what I requested or paid for. I raised these concerns promptly and clearly. I paid again following a sudden and devastating personal loss, believing the matter would finally be handled with care and professionalism. Unfortunately, despite my repeated and sincere efforts—including pleading for completion—the work was never finalized, delivered, or corrected. Based on my experience, I found Mr. Dynia to be unresponsive, dismissive, and unwilling to complete agreed-upon legal services once payment was received. This lack of accountability during an extremely vulnerable time was deeply distressing. This statement reflects my personal experience and opinion, shared to inform others so they can make fully informed decisions when seeking legal representation.
