Tim and Kate were exceptional to work with through our difficult probate case in 2024 of my late father in law who passed away with no will. He made the process as easy as possible and was so helpful in guiding us through the legal aspects of obtaining power of attorney and executor of the estate, as... well as the sale of the home. I appreciated how gentle they were with us through the entire experience because it was a legal matter but also was a matter of grief. They handled everything very tactfully and we will forever be grateful for them for this help! Then, in 2025 we also enlisted their help to sell our own personal home recently and the entire process was smooth and went off without a hitch due to their incredible diligence!
