this lawyer cannot represent your husband if he represented you in prior matters.

I left my husband because he is abusing me. He is giving me a hard time about the divorce. I filed bankruptcy chapter 13.

if you are the victim of abuse you can go to court and get an emergency order of protection against your husband.the bankruptcy will not prevent...
