David C. Feinartz

I recently had surgery that was very successful. I did not hesitate to let friends, family and acquaintances know that I had the surgery, how excellent the surgery went, who the doctor was and how he had changed my life. My wife and I recently went through Chapter 7 bankruptcy with David Feinartz.... The entire process as orchestrated by David was superb. But, have I gone out to friends or acquaintance an tell them that we had just gone through "Bankruptcy," and that we were so fortunate, so blessed to find an attorney that changed our lives. Unfortunately the answer is no. Why, at the age of 71, I did not want to advertise that our financial condition was such that we required the expertise of David Feinartz. I was ashamed that we had to file for bankruptcy. David was recommended to us through a friend that admitted that he had experience bankruptcy and what a wonderful experience is was to work with David. Following up on our friends recommendation, we certainly found that to be true. We had been fighting financial problems since 2009 only going deeper and deeper in debt. Davids calming manner in addition to his level of knowledge and professionalism was everything our friend who recommended David and more. We have completed our Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and starting over. We will always be grateful to David as well as our friend who recommended David to us for changing our life. Thank you David
