Wolf in sheep's clothing

Contacted for consult. Explained the situation and they wouldn't tell me what they thought until I signed a contract with them. Jumped straight to money. Couldn't tell me what they thought I could get, but all about their %. Didn't ask clarifying questions or any follow up to understandy situation an...d we're really vague. Really no empathy at all. Didn't feel comfortable signing with them.

Experienced, Professional, Responsive and Compassionate Service

My family and I hired Mark to help us navigate the insurance world after suffering major injuries in a catastrophic car accident. A young, distracted, under-insured driver traveling at 70mph rear-ended our car without applying the breaks. The four passengers in our car suffered injuries that required... one helicopter transport, multiple surgeries, and months of time off work. We had bills from several hospitals, ambulance services, doctors, therapists, and specialists. To top it all off, the accident occurred out of state. Mark stepped in, organized boxes of paperwork, communicated with all the different insurance providers, and negotiated the best possible financial outcome for all of us. The best part about hiring Mark was his willingness to explain complex legal and insurance issues while showing the utmost compassion for us in our recovery. We could always reach him. His office staff was professional and accessible as well. My family and I can't thank him enough for the outcome of our cases, but more importantly, for making it much less of a burden to get through the whole ordeal. I would highly recommend him to anyone going through a similar experience.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
