Mark A. Hamill

I hired Mark to work on my patent pending application, he did most the work but then let my case get abanded. I sent mark money for the application fee and apparently he kept the money . After weeks of repeated calls to him and emails he never returned my calls till the day. I finally hired a new... attorney and discovered he never responded to the missing parts letter stating what still needs to be file certain things and I still owed the application fee. That fee was payed to him and he never sent the uspto the money although on my statements he claimed he did , which was not true. I would not hire Mark Hamill he will take your money .. I’m currently in the process to revive my case which is costing more money and he still has refused to respond to my new attorney as to what his position is and why he acted in this manner
