Filzah Pavalon

Filzah Pavalon’s career bridges science, healthcare, and the law, drawing on her chemistry background and early roles at institutions such as the University of Chicago Medicine and the American Medical Association. She has developed a wide-ranging legal practice in litigation, regulatory compliance, and advisory work—representing clients in complex civil, criminal, and administrative matters, contributing to the development of federal information blocking regulations at HHS, and maintaining a wrongful conviction practice. With this interdisciplinary foundation, she offers clients a thoughtful, informed perspective on today’s legal and regulatory challenges while also running Toy Court, a toy store next to the Pavalon Law office.
