Ultimately assigning a m...ore junior individual in his practice to accomplish the bulk of the hands-on work (which was done resourcefully and efficiently, despite partner-generated complexities and delays), I came away impressed by his commitment to client needs, and integrity in not seeking simply to bill as many hours as he might. Given this experience, I would look to David in any aspect of compensation, insurance, maritime, or other legal matter that we might have. And enjoy him, personally, as well, as a 50 year Lake County, IL and Great Lakes legal presence, with the stories to tell.
