Daniel D. Bilsky

I had interviewed more that 10 lawyers in lake county before I hired Daniel, some were really high-brow in the field. Marc Beermann attended part of the consultation (which was a little over an hour!) and I learnt that they worked closely. Immediately, I felt those guys were a good team and that they... cared for their clients on the human level. Marc is amazing, professional and had a wonderful sense of humour. I always felt I was welcomed all the time, they have this brotherly air about them. Daniel is very hard working, meticulous, and focused. He doesn't forget details and he never made a single mistake. My case was high conflict, but he did everything he could to get me a good settlement, and he did. Another thing I appreciate about Daniel is his open mindedness about cultural differences and his insatiable curiosity about other cultures, religions and countries. He asked intelligent questions and always weighed the future consequences of every single motion or document he worked on. He is not always bogged down in the statures, even though he is still an Associate, he confidently conducts his cases with the utmost flexibility as well as professionalism. He is resourceful and well read. He occasionally didn't charge me for some calls or emails, because he is an honest attorney, which is key. He worked hard for the money and never tried to rip me off (I kept a log for six months and then realized that I did not need to, because I simply trusted him). He also allowed me to get a payment plan and he trusted me to continue making the payments, which is very big in my books. I predict his career to be immense and I wish him the best of luck. As much as am excited about my divorce, I am a little bummed I will not be seeing Daniel again. Very decent guy, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. So, thank you, Daniel, my child and I owe you more than my pending balance!
