Even Before my case really began, Mr Gebis gave great advice, and suggestions about my situation. During the duration of the case he was always professional and fought to have my parental rights established and enforced. He never gave up and kept right with me till the end. First and foremost, he lied. He lied on more than one occasion. Second, he never completed anything. There were several issues raised and whenever the judge asked he could not answer the questions. At one point the judge suggested that he get to know his case so that he could answer even the simplest... of questions. Several of the motions we had to write ourselves because he couldn't understand what the issues were and the number of errors was too many to explain. The correspondence with the opposing attorney had numerous grammatical and spelling errors and were very unprofessional. Once he was released from the case, it was settled within the month.
