Just finished my chapter 7 and received my discharge. I kept my car and house and she did the reaffirmations and everything went smoothly. During our first consultation she ran my credit report and we went over the process, my finances and where I could expect to be in a year. She didn't rush me o...r give me the hard sell, even when I didn't hire her right away. I had gone to a bankruptcy website that told me the questions to ask and she never flinched or got pissy with me. I followed the website's advice and went and interviewed two more lawyers, but just didn't feel the same connection. I called her twice more for more information and she took my call each time, again, without the hard sell. I hired her office and everything went smoothly.

Went here for bankruptcy and had a great experience. Very nice and easy to work with. Explained everything in detail and everything went smoothly. Never made me feel bad and things went exactly as she said they would. Her paralegal Tammy is also very nice. I just don't get the bad reviews, as my... experience was completely different.

Robin knows her stuff and was very pleasant to work with in person. She was very helpful with processing the paperwork, but unfortunately never followed through on anything. She didn't show in court - had her assitance attend instead - didn't return phone calls or answer emails, and never got back ...to me on questions I had after the process was over in court.
