The Law Offices of Paul Marinov, P.C. represents individuals and families in Illinois family law and estate planning matters from our office at 2250 East Devon Avenue, Suite 354, in Des Plaines.
Our family law practice covers divorce (contested and uncontested), allocation of parental responsibilities and parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance, property division, orders of protection, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, post-decree modifications and enforcement, and adoption.
Our estate planning practice covers wills, revocable living trusts, powers of attorney for property and health care, living wills and health care directives, probate and estate administration, and guardianship.
Attorney Paul Marinov earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and was admitted to the Illinois bar in 2004. He works directly with each client, takes the time to listen, explains the law and the process in plain language, and keeps clients informed as their matter moves forward.
