When I called Terrie, my home was on the verge of being auctioned. A default judgment had been entered against the property, and the auction had been scheduled. I called Terrie as a last ditch effort to save my property. She immediately reviewed my voluminous court file and provided a thorough con...sultation with a recommended course of action. She identified several flaws in the bank's case and assured me that there were several grounds for vacating the judgment and staying the auction. And she was right. Terrie persuaded the court to vacate the default judgment, which reset the case to the beginning. This bought me the time I needed to sell the property and avoid foreclosure. For that I am truly thankful.
