The mission of the law firm of Jeffrey A. Rabin & Associates, Ltd. is to provide effective, aggressive and compassionate legal services to people with disabilities seeking benefits from the Social Security Administration (SSA). We believe that by providing ethical representation within the framework of these government disability programs, we can successfully advocate for our clients.
I have been representing people with disabilities for more than 45 years and began this law firm in April, 1988. We represent people nationwide at all levels of the administrative process. Our staff is dedicated, trained and focused on service and sucess.

Rabin firm was not not helpful
Rabin firm did not add value: We worked with the Rabin organization over the course of several years for a mental health disability. There was a constantly rotating group of very nice paralegals, but no one really seemed in charge of the case. Every now and then, a different attorney would pop in on ...

Replied last July 21, 2026I do not know who this client is and I am sorry if they felt we did not appreciate their issues. The case managers and paralegals on our team have been with us for many years and are quite experienced. In addition, from 2022 to April, 2026 I was Executive Director of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, Cook County North Suburban affiliate and oer the decades we have worked with thousands of people with mental illness issues. Bottom line is I am glad this family got the help that they needed.
