We are the defendant to the lawsuit. He got us out of the case so quick. He is very smart and a good negotiator. He communicates well with us and explains the legal aspect on a common layman's term. He is aggressive but calm in demeanor. He took over our case and had it resolved in 2 hearings. Excell...ent Job.

I feel very strong that I have been treated poorly and unfairly as his client, and I am writing to tell you save yourself A LOT of heartache, and find a reliable trustworthy decent lawyer. My case is straight forward, all I need from him is to come to cour...t on return day and get me a trial date. He complicated me with a lot jargon, but never explains to me the whole process. When I asked him to explain procedures, he yelled at me: "I charge flat rate, don't email me or call me till return day!" He never never copy me emails to the other party: what he was hiding I would never know. I prepared my trial presentation very thoroughly with over 200 pieces of evidence, winning would be no doubt. But he threatened me if I don't agree to settle ( I doubt if he has a deal with defendant's lawyer) he will not help me, and forced me to pay extra if I go for trial, which is against our contract. He lied fervently about collecting procedures. While I am distant away, he creates a distraught, helpless, confused situation for me. He is as indecent, despicable as the defendant, if not worse. I am truly, truly disappointed! From the bottom of my heart, and most sincerely, stay away from this lawyer, he is a disgrace to his profession!!!!!! P.S. all my friends who went through this with me urged me to write a bad review for this lawyer. I am also considering filling a formal complaint to bar association.
