Mr Walsh along with his entire team of attorneys at the law firm of Donahue and Walsh is what gets attorneys classified as ambulance chasers.The entire team is highly unethical and just interested in making a quick buck. They promised to represent me at a fixed price when i interviewed them and cha...nged prices midway.I had no recourse because I had not signed a contract before hiring them. hence i could not report them to the bar for unethical practices I had hired one particular attorney of the firm to represent me, and yet at each court date a different attorney would show up The worst part is each of them never seemed to know what was going on in the case. They would ask the same repetitive questions about five minutes before court.call, in order to catch up One attorney actually sat in court for an hour and half to be called up and was then informed by the court clerk that he had to file paperwork to be heard by the judge. The clerk in fact mocked him, saying even a first year law student knows that. The prosecutors wouldn't even give these guys the time of day in court to discuss the plea deal. While every other attorney who walked in the court seemed to have immediate access to the prosecutor, for some strange reason the same courtesy wasn't being awarded to any of them. I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemies. If you want an attorney promising you the sky delivering dirt, these would be the ones. You would be better of getting a public defender or even a bar attorney. Also i forgot to mention that these guys never called or emailed me even once during my six month case to inform me of progress being made on the case.Everytime I called the law firm I was greeted by an assistant who never had my name or number on record even though I had been a client for months. once they figured out who i was, the first thing they would ask is when would i be making the next payment. Whenever I left a message, calls were never returned and i would have to call back repeatedly. When i finally lost my faith in them and consulted another attorney, I was informed that I could have walked away with a better deal even representing myself.
