This was the worst experience I could imagine with a real estate attorney. Working with her resulted in extra costs before closing that I was not expecting. If that wasn't bad enough, six months after the close, it was discovered she made a mistake on the closing. Even worse, she blamed me and dem...anded I pay for her mistake. Finally, I had file a lawsuit against her for malpractice before she would own up for her mistake. She admitted her mistake to me and settled for all damages she caused plus court costs to avoid a judgment on her record. Sellers shouldn't have to sue their attorney in order to receive decent service.

Courtney was great to work with on both the sale of our old home and the purchase of the new one. She's friendly, competent, and very efficient. Our sale was a cash deal that closed within 6 business days. I honestly did not believe that a transaction involving legal and governmental entities coul...d move so quickly, but Courtney and her team made it happen! Her office was always very responsive, reassuring, and they helped us to overcome a couple challenges that presented themselves as a result of the aggressive timeline. She and her team provided guidance, reported status, and made us feel comfortable that things remained on track. She's a go getter, and we couldn't be happier with our experience!
