First of all if you want to hire a lawyer, hire one that practices the type of law you are in need of. This attorney does not practice civil law however was willing chose to take my civil law case (for stalking and harassment, classified as a family case). I wish he would have directed me to an exper...ienced lawyer. My case had been approved by a judge less I could prove what I had claimed in my stalking no contact order. On the witness stand I was never guided into how the contacts from my stalker made me feel (which is how you win a harassment case) or if these contacts had any adverse effects (like loss of sleep, or appetite which both occurred). He also subpoenaed the wrong police officer to court on my behalf. He neither apologized for this nor offered any monetary refund.
