Hired to handle a municipal dispute concerning a commercial apartment. Not available directly by phone ever, seems incompetent on the basis of not knowing the actual names of the owners, who signed the retainer contract, not knowing who he was supposed to be contacting at the municipality for legal i...nfo, though he had the firm's letter, and has shown he does not know how a BCC works in emails. After firing him, he repeatedly lied about sending an itemized invoice, as requested, with the refund on the $500 retainer. He finally fabricated a bill that conveniently listed 21 calls and emails at durations of 6 min each, that eliminated any refund... Of this supposed work... 2 emails were to opposing counsel. No results or response from the other law group. Level of effectiveness and delivery demonstrated by this result.
