Shawn help me with my case when I got hit at work and they didn’t do nothing to help me and so I contact him to help me get justice for the company I work for because they left me with no help when a garage door fell on my head and I had to call my parents to come and get me and take me to the hospit...al and that’s when I called Shawn to help me because I hired he is the best and I thank him for everything he had done for me and how he help me with all he did and I would call him back if anything like this happens to me again. The thing I really liked was at the beginning Shawn threw at me everything he thought the defense would put against me and how minimal he thought my chances were of coming away with something, because he thought it was a tough case with no guarantees. I still went ahead with because I had already co...mpiled all the info I had. He took the case after multiple other WC offices declined it. Before I knew it he called me in a few months with a settlement offer, which was more than I expected, and he did all the work. After officially taking my case I didn't have to do anything at all. (No need to attend any hearings or meeting, no fielding any tedious questions, etc.) It was the best example of anything I've ever witnessed that was under-promised and over-delivered. The other thing that was important to me is that Shawn was available to communicate with me by all methods: phone voicemail, texting, email, answered after hours, and his office is easy to get to if needed.
