Oren Graupe has a deep and diverse legal background, which includes experience in plaintiff’s personal injury, commercial litigation, residential real estate, estate planning, bankruptcy, criminal defense, and family law.

Oren regularly handles all aspects of family law and domestic relations, including: pre and post nuptial agreements, non-contested flat fee divorces, complex child related issues, business valuation, support, post-decree, and alternative dispute resolution. He strives to be available for his clients. Oren combines an aggressive, straightforward approach with an ability to make difficult topics easier to access.

 In addition to litigation, Oren recognizes that many clients want and need swift resolution to conflict and Oren always keeps that in mind. Oren is a trained in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) as certified Neutral, able to mediate disputes of all types and sizes.

Oren integrates his transactional, litigation, and ADR background to develop cohesive and comprehensive case plans in all realms of practice.

Prior to hanging out his own shingle early in 2016, Oren began his career at a small personal injury firm where he litigated catastrophic personal injury matters, ranging from municipal tort immunity cases and devastating brain injuries to fender-benders. Oren developed his abiding dedication to family law after joining another firm and revamping the family law division, transforming it from a fast paced practice handling only uncontested matters to a customer oriented litigation practice. From there Oren was hand selected by one of Chicago’s most prestigious family lawyers to join his boutique firm where he learned a great deal and fine tuned his craft. Over his career Oren has represented indigent clients, small and business owners (and their spouses), stay at home moms and dads, professional athletes, and wives and girlfriends.

Oren has protected generational wealth and helped to make his client’s whole in the face of contentious law suits. Oren has tried both bench and jury matters and regularly appears in Cook County, Lake County and the surrounding collar counties. The high regard in which Oren is held by those he works with is reflected by his unsolicited selection to Illinois' Super Lawyers - Rising Stars list in 2017, which is selected by his colleagues in the legal community.
