Managing Risk and Maximizing Profit.
My knowledge of contracts, relationships, and how to run a business efficiently and profitably is extensive. I've worked with individuals and companies from solopreneurs at their kitchen tables to Fortune 100 multi-national corporations. I know what it's like to make decisions about where to apply limited resources most effectively. And I know most attorneys are quite expensive.
It's more important to me to help clients who need my expertise than it is to buy more stuff, another big house, or an even bigger fancy car. Crazy talk for an attorney, but that's how I roll. I've been doing it for over 20 years, so I think I know what I want. And I know what clients want. Great legal counsel, great business (sometimes it is personal) advice, great convenience, and great prices. So that's what I offer. Reasonable flat fees for just about everything or $199/hour for ongoing or unknowable transactional work. Monthly retainers set in reality. My practice is 100% virtual so pretty convenient too. Who wants to sit in a law office anyway? Nobody.
