Repeatidly does not meet her set deadlines/promises: go elsewhere
Go elsewhere; you can do better. REPEATIDLY made promises for when something would be ready and then nothing for WEEKS/MONTHS past the due date. She even billed me for the time to read my emails that asked, "What's up?" and "You didn't call as promised."! Not once, but at least 9 times. Go elsewh...
