I have handled all kinds of personal injury cases, chiefly for plaintiffs. Over the years, I have tried to a Jury Verdict over 125 cases with a win rate of close to 100% when taken with settled cases.

Litigation in the areas of Workers Compensation, Will Contests, Child Custody, Family Disputes and any measure of other disputes have occupied a substantial amount of my time. Workers Compensation cases are handled chiefly on a 20% contingency fee basis. Other matters are typically handled on an hourly fee basis.

Over the years, I have served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association in hundreds of uninsured motorist cases and as a Mandatory Arbitration Chairperson in Cook, Du Page and Will Counties of Illinois.

Construction law, Mechanic's Liens and Foreclosure cases have been a specialty I have developed over the last several years to meet the changing needs of the 21st Century.
