Philip McGrady has represented people from all across Montana and the United States. He has argued cases on behalf of his clients before the Montana Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Philip is a graduate of the University of Montana School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. While attending the University of Montana Law School, Philip was a member of the National Moot Court Team, he clerked for United States Magistrate Judge Leif Erickson, and also taught first year law students legal research and legal writing. Following graduation, Philip clerked for Superior Court Judge Dan Hensley in Anchorage, Alaska, and then for Yellowstone County District Court Judge Russell Fagg in Billings, Montana, before joining Edwards, Frickle & Culver in 2005. Philip is licensed to practice law in Montana and Alaska. He is a member of American Association for Justice, Montana Trial Lawyers Association, and the National Trial Lawyers.
