I have been practicing law throughout the State of Montana for 30 years. I am the Senior Partner in the firm of McKeon Doud P.C. located in Helena Mt. I have the privledge of practicing law with my daughter Meghan McKeon Doud.
I have been handling complex litigation since I first began my law career. I specialize in Medical Malpractice, Sexual Abuse and cases involving serious life altering injuries.
We have obtained many million dollar resolutions for my clients. We successfully obtained a $3.500, for one of our severely damaged clients. This firm has a proven track record of success in the handling of significant/complex litigation.
My own personal career has been broad based handling many types of litigation. In my early years years I handled Capital Homicide Cases, Criminal matters, Domestic Relations, Work Comp and Probate.
