I'm trying to modify a parenting plan to get more time with my kids. Peter failed to return my calls or e-mails. When I gave him my new parenting plan draft to review, he gave me back a lousy form that was much shorter, lacking all the meat of mine, and just plugged in some names. I haven't seen the... bill for that yet, but it was dumb, because mine was thorough. Also, I left messages for the mediator, hoping to get an appt on a certain date, finally heard back from her. She said she'd left a message for Peter a week and a half earlier, to schedule the mtg, and never heard back from him, so I lost that date, since she gave it to another client. Do not hire this man.
